When I first stepped onto the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology campus, I was overwhelmed. But more than the buildings or facilities, it was the people who changed me. Classmates from all corners of Bangladesh, seniors who mentored without asking for anything in return, professors who believed in potential over pedigree—this was where I learned that individual brilliance means nothing if it's not shared.কিন্তু ভবন বা সুবিধার চেয়ে বেশি, মানুষগুলো আমাকে বদলে দিয়েছে। বাংলাদেশের সব প্রান্ত থেকে আসা সহপাঠী, সিনিয়ররা যারা বিনিময়ে কিছু না চেয়ে মেন্টরশিপ দিয়েছে, শিক্ষকরা যারা বংশমর্যাদার চেয়ে সম্ভাবনায় বিশ্বাস করেছেন—এখানেই শিখলাম যে ব্যক্তিগত প্রতিভা কিছুই না যদি তা শেয়ার না করা হয়।
SUST taught me that real change doesn't come from one person working alone—it comes when a community works together toward a shared vision.
